Private Luxury Pool Villa on the Beach “Heaven on Earth” Villa on Klong Nin Beach

Accommodations: 2 Master Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 4) There are
two master bedroom suites, one above and one below. They both have views of
the ocean. The upstairs master has a balcony!

Entertainment: Cable TV, The upstairs master has the Flat screen TV and DVD player. Internet with Wi-Fi is provided. You can also plug in the CAT 5 cable.

Kitchen: The full kitchen with cooking utensils provided is ready to use with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the amenities.

The main building is comprised of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, and the powder room. The second structure has two master bedroom suites, one on the ground floor, and one on the second floor. In addition, there is a magnificent outdoor shower adjacent to the bathroom on the main floor.

Christmas and New Years is open at our villa from Dec 16, 2010 – Jan 15, 2011.

Dec 16 – Jan 15:
The Peak season rate is EUR 4,000 per week : Minimum 10 nights.

Nov 01 – Dec15 &Jan 16 – Apr 30 :
The High season rate is EUR 2,000 per week :Minimum 7 nights.

May01 – 31 Oct:
The Low Season rate is EUR 1,150 per week :Minimum 7 nights.

Frequently Asked Questions About Heaven on Earth Villa Koh Lanta, Krabi, Thailand

Question: Where is Koh Lanta?
Answer: It is an island off the coast of Krabi Province.

Question: How do you get there?
Answer: You take a 80 minute flight from Bangkok to Krabi.

Question: What do you do at Krabi Airport?
Answer: You have some choices, depending on time and cost
1.  You can take a private car USD 84  for the car
2.  You can take a shared taxi USD 14  per person
3.  Yu can take a van/speed boat USD 50  per person

Question: How long does it take from Krabi airport?
Answer: It takes between 1.5 – 4 hours, depending on whether you go on the
two ferries or you take the speed boat.  Either way can be an adventure.

Question: Do you need to rent a car?
Answer: That depends on how you like to travel. There are options:
1.  You can rent motor cycles and scooters on the Island
2.  You can take a Tuk Tuk to most everywhere
3.  You can also rent a car at Krabi Airport or on the island

Question: Are you close to restaurants?
Answer: There is a Thai restaurant directly across the street, and two doors away there is an Italian restaurant. Up the road, five minutes by foot, there is a four star restaurant-resort called Sri Lanta. There are various restaurants (in season) that you can walk to on the beach. If you want to go to Pimalei Resort (5-Star) they will send a driver to pick you up and take you back to our Villa
after dinner.

Question: How far are you from the beach?
Answer: Our Villa is directly on the beach. You can hear the waves lapping on the shore from your balcony.

Question: Can you provide a private chef for the Villa?
Answer: Yes, we have an excellent family chef who will do the shopping, serving, and clean up after dinner. The charge for his service is USD  50  for four people for dinner. If you have a special occasion, this is the icing on the cake!

Question: How many people can the Villa accommodate?
Answer: There are two master bedroom suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom sleeps two people, either adults or children.

Question: What if we have more people in our party than your Villa can
accommodate?
Answer: There are four Villas that are available for rent. All of the three other owners are friends of ours. We can ask them if their Villa is available for your time frame. All of us charge different prices because the amenities vary from Villa to Villa.

Question: Is there maid service provided?
Answer: The Villa cleaners come every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM; If you
want to have them more often, there will be an extra charge.

Question: What if we want our laundry done?
Answer: Directly across the street there is a laundry service. They charge THB 40 per kilo.

Question: Can you get a massage nearby?
Answer: Yes, directly across the street you can get a Thai or oil massage, manicure, pedicure, or foot scrub.

Question: Are there markets nearby?
Answer: Yes, there are many markets everywhere, but you would need a Tuk Tuk, motor cycle, or taxi.

Question: Where do you rent a motor cycle?
Answer: To the right of the Villa, 3 minute walk.

Question: Can you buy baby food and diapers nearby?
Answer: Yes, at the crossroads or 7-11 they have both.

Question:  Do Thai people on the island speak any English?
Answer:  It’s not a problem they know how to communicate with foreigners.

Question: Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Answer: Yes, everything you might need to dine at home comfortably.

Question: Is there pool service?
Answer: Yes, the pool is maintained daily by the service.

Question: Is there air conditioning?
Answer: Yes, in all three rooms

Question: What about the water?
Answer: Large bottles of water are available at the same place you rent the motor scooter (right of the Villa – three minutes)

Question: What about health care?
Answer: At the crossroads (left of the Villa) there is a nurse practitioner.
